Non-Woven Coir geotextiles (Coir Needle Felts)
Non-woven coir geotextiles are composed of randomly packed coir fibres which are needle punched to the desired degree of packing. The felts have excellent moisture absorption and retention characteristics and form an ideal medium for vegetation growth.
These coir mats have been developed for extreme slopes, high-discharge channels, and applications requiring permanent protection and vegetal reinforcement.
These blankets prevent soil compaction and crusting. it resists wind and rain forces. These benefits accelerate vegetative development while the blanket decompose overtime and become part of the soil.
Dimensions – Length up to 50m
Width up to 4m
